Everett Edward Elliott is buried in Fairview Lawn Cemetery in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was a crew member on the RMS Titanic and died in the sinking of the RMS Titanic.
Long Description:
Everett Edward Elliott was born in Edmonton, London, England on November 15, 1888. He joined the crew of the RMS Titanic where is served in the engine room as a trimmer, a worker who delivers coal from the coal bunkers to the stokers. He died when the RMS Titanic sank after striking and iceberg on her maiden voyage from Southampton, England to NY, NY.
Everett Edward Elliott's remains (#317) were recovered by the cable ship Minia and brought to Halifax, Nova Scotia where he was buried in Fairview Lawn Cemetery, on May 10, 1912. He was 24 years old.
A granite headstone marks his grave. It is inscribed:
