Gibbs' Hill Lighthouse is a popular stop on the island tour of Bermuda. A path leads downhill from the lighthouse to an elevated plaque. On this spot Queen Elizabeth II enjoyed the view, when on a royal visit to Bermuda following her coronation, on 24th November 1953. It is a pretty view indeed. You are looking north across Great Sound all the way to King's Wharf and beyond.
