Short Description:
The remains of Frank P. Wojtkiewicz were not recovered from the USS Arizona after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. A monument has been erected in his memory in the Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery.
Long Description:
A cenotaph monument honoring the memory of Frank P. Wojtkiewicz is a 3' high granite marker, identical to the other grave markers found in the cemetery. It is inscribed:

The monument in memory of Frank P. Wojtkiewicz, is located in a special section of the Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery adjacent to Massachusetts Veterans Boulevard. A separate monument in the center of the section is inscribed with the dedication:

REMAINS HAVE NOT BEEN RECOVERED OR
IDENTIFIED, BURIED AT SEA, OR WHOSE
CREMATED REMAINS HAVE BEEN
