Long Description:
In 1921 Nick Malfas founded Nick's Nest. What started out as a roadside popcorn cart morphed into the present day permanent store when hot dogs were added in 1922. Three generations of the Malfas family operated the restaurant which became a landmark in Holyoke.
In 2005 Nick's Nest was purchased by Kevin and Jenn Chateauneuf. They have retained the famous hot dogs and have added french fries, onion rings, homemade salads and soft serve ice cream.
